  • We utilize Columbia Ultimate Business System (CUBS) as our core collection system which offers fully automated processes.
  • We use the LiveVox solution, which is an advanced interactive web-based dialer. This solution virtually provides unlimited capacity and links only right party contacts to our agents. The efficiency of this tool dramatically improves file penetration and contact rates, while also providing the ability to track results and update all account information and collector activity via real-time reporting.
  • Our phone system is an Inter-tel 200 seat unit, consisting of three outbound long distance T-1’s and one local T-1.
